Registration

Pre-registration is strongly recommended to allow the us to better plan for our mutual preparedness and thus final enjoyment. Materials must be produced in advance for each entrant and this takes time. A completed registration form, signed waiver form, and payment for each event should be received 72 hours in advance. We will allow day event registration, however, please allow enough time to fill out forms and make payment or you may download and fill out the forms and have them ready so that payment is all that needs to be done. An email to reserve a late registration slot should be received 48 hours in advance, again to allow us to be better prepared. Please include cell phone numbers and email addresses as conditions warranting immediate contact may occur, such as weather that may warrant a time or course change. This is especially important for riders traveling to participate.

No entry refunds are issued. If you notify us 2 days in advance of the event, that you are unable to participate, we will gladly apply your entry fee to another future NM Brevet Series event in the same calendar year. Otherwise no compensation is available.

Rider check-in starts one hour before the start of the event. Riders will sign in and be issued their brevet card. The route sheet will be provided prior to the start of the event on the website. Please note that the route may need to be altered due to unforeseen conditions beyond the control of the organizers. Maps are provided but the route sheet describes the route more accurately.

All brevets start promptly at the scheduled starting time, rain or shine. Please have yourself and your gear in order before the pre-ride meeting to allow for additional adjustments. The ride begins if you are ready or not.

A brief rider meeting is held 15 minutes in advance of the start to review current route conditions, weather expectations, and inspection of required equipment.

To complete your registration you must:
1. Fill out the registration form and submit to us on time.
2. Print, sign, and mail Liability Waiver with the current entry form.
3. Pay the entry fee by mailing a check.
