Instructions

Enter each finisher in the table below. Do not include DNFs.

For RUSA members, both current and expired, enter just the RUSA number and omit the names.
Names will be supplied automatically when you submit the form. Use the RUSA member search to obtain RUSA numbers.

For non-members, leave the 'RUSA #' field blank. You must enter a last and first name for these individuals.

The time in hours and minutes must be entered. These times are checked against the minimum and maximum time limits for that distance.

Medals sold at brevet:
If you had a supply of medals for sale at the conclusion of the brevet and the finisher purchased one, mark the checkbox in the medal column. Medals should be sold only to current RUSA members. Exception: as a courtesy, foreign riders who are members of their national equivalent of RUSA (e.g., Audax UK) are permitted to purchase medals. If the rider is from a country lacking a national randonneuring organization (e.g., Canada), membership in a club that is a direct correspondent to ACP is considered equivalent. Enter an F in the RUSA # field for foreign riders who are not RUSA members; this will allow ordering a medal without error messages. If the foreign rider is a RUSA member, use the RUSA number rather than entering an 'F'.

Later medal sales:
If you did not sell a medal from your stock, do not check the box, even if the rider intends to purchase a medal through the online store.

After you submit the form, missing fields will be filled in and any errors will be reported to you.
